Do I need a Google Maps API key?
Yes — but setup takes about 5 minutes and Google gives you $200 of free usage every month, which covers roughly 40,000 distance calculations at no cost. Most users never exceed this limit.
Does this work on Mac, or just PC?
Yes — the tool works on both Mac and Windows/PC. Your purchase includes the PC version by default; contact us for the Mac version.
Can I use addresses from outside the US?
Yes. The calculator works with any address that Google Maps can resolve, including international locations. We also offer a dedicated EU Distances calculator for European addresses.
Is this a one-time fee, or ongoing?
One-time payment. It includes upgrades and live support via Zoom for one year, but the software is built to serve your needs for years to come.
What if I get stuck setting it up?
