The Excel Distance Calculator will be a game changer! Simply copy and paste, and we have our mileage and travel time to key in for payroll. The step-by-step video for the Google API Key was easy to follow, making setting up a breeze. I ordered the "PC" calculator in error and called Vinnie. I spent the better part of a day trying to figure out how to calculate distances in Excel or Google Sheets. I had a list of 1,000 businesses and a list of 1,500 theaters and I was trying to get the closest theater to each business without doing it manually. I ran into all kinds of issues and I finally came back to the Excel Distance Calculator. I bought it for $89 and began to use it and it was WAAAY faster than doing it manually, but I thought there had to be a better way. I chatted with Vinny and he helped me to get it done in about 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend the small investment in getting something that just flat works.

This Excel add-on was a life saver. I had 38,000 shipments with UPS that I didn't have the distance calculated. This file did exactly that - I was amazed at how simple and straight forward it was. Amazon tool to help clean up and verify an address list. Saved me a lot of hours manually cleaning the list up and found quite a few incorrect addresses on my first list. Highly recommend Vinnies products as he is very helpful and clearly cares about his customers.

Worked really well. If you need to map distances to multiple places at once in a spread sheet this tool is the best option you have! Worth every penny.

I am very pleased with the product and has saved me many hours calculating distances. There are some enhancements that I would suggest to increase the flexibility. I have emailed the author multiple times with some suggestions but not received any responses. I suspect that my emails are either going into his junk mail or his are going into mine.

I love the Distance Calculator. I'm using it for my NEMT business. It works great and I was able to add more functions and formula on the excel sheet to customize it for my needs. I no longer need a very expensive app to calculate the mileage we bill on every trip!

Went outside of comfort zone last week when looking for tools to help with a business project allowing me to use Google to calculate distance between zipcodes for our employees and office locations. I came across Vinnie's youtube video and option to purchase his workbook. Being new to this, Vinnie reached out directly via zoom to assist me with the API setup in order to begin calculating over 15k distances. I was very impressed with his work and moreso his level of service during a time sensitive project. Would highly recommend and will keep Vinnie's contact on hand for future projects.

I needed an Excel formula that determined the distance between 2 points using Google Maps, and I did not have enough time to build it myself. Plus, I was on a time crunch for a report I needed to file. While reviewing YouTube videos on how to do this, I came across Vinnie's video. Let me tell you... Lifesaver. He already had the formula, and I was initially skeptical because I needed to pay for it. I took the chance and paid for the download, and it did exactly what I needed. He also walks you through how to add the API key to the Excel. It's just all out amazing. Thank you, Vinnie, for developing the Excel document that saved me from losing my mind.

It works very well but has some constraints. Overall, I would recommend it if a person only wants tract mileage.
