Refund Policy

All Excel Distance Calculators products are digital Excel workbooks. Instant download. No CD, no shipping, no physical kit.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the tool does not do what the product page said it would do, contact me within 30 days of purchase and I will refund you. No affidavit, no RMA number, no return shipping.

How to request a refund:

Include the email you used at checkout and which tool you bought.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Because this is a download, there are no shipping charges.

Free Zoom setup is included

Every purchase includes a free 30-minute Zoom call to set up your Google API key and run the first calculation. If you are stuck, take that call first. Most issues are a 10-minute API setup, not a bad file.

After 30 days

Sales are final after 30 days from the purchase date. You keep the file and updates to that tool.

If you bought from someone other than exceldistancecalculators.com, their return policy applies.
