How it works
Four steps, one fixed price, and you keep what gets built.
Pick the job
Think of your most expensive recurring problem. What, if solved, could save your business $1,000 or more each month? Chasing quotes? Preparing bids? Answering the same customer questions?
Start your $495 build
Buy it here like any product. Your order confirmation includes the link to book your kickoff call with me.
Kickoff call
We look at your process together and agree on the one workflow, the tools involved, what done looks like, and any ongoing costs. Not a fit? Full refund, no hard feelings.
Build, test, hand over
I build and test the agent against your real examples, then walk you through it. It’s yours: files, setup, and a handover so you or anyone you choose can run it.
What could we automate?
Example builds. The right one depends on your process and the systems you already use.

Job inquiry to draft estimate
A new inquiry arrives by email or web form. The agent pulls out the job details and prepares a draft estimate in your format, ready for you to check and send.

Unanswered quote to follow-up
Quotes that go quiet get a follow-up drafted for your review at the right time, so fewer jobs are lost to silence.

Inquiry routed with a suggested reply
Customer questions are sorted by type and urgency and arrive with a suggested response, so your team answers faster and consistently.

Job list to dispatch plan
An Excel job list becomes a daily dispatch plan: who goes where, in what order, with drive times. Built on the same engine as our distance calculators.
Our software is used by:
The same teams that run our Excel tools every day.

It’s Vinnie from Excel Distance Calculators. If you’ve used my tools, I hope they’ve made your work a little easier.
For years I built Excel tools that save logistics and field teams hours of busywork. Lately I’ve been building something more useful: small automation agents that take over one repetitive job in a business and just do it, inside the tools you already use.
Every business is different, so I build each agent around one specific problem in yours.

Why $495?
Because I believe that once you see what we can accomplish together, you’ll come back to me for more of your business automation needs. I want to earn that relationship by solving a real problem first.
That’s your arbitrage opportunity: a $495 build aimed at a problem that could be costing you $1,000 or more every month.

Questions
What exactly do I get for $495?
One working automation agent for one agreed workflow, set up in your business and walked through with you. The scope is written down at kickoff, so we both know what done means.
Do I own it?
Yes. The custom agent we build is yours to keep. You get the files, the configuration, and a short handover so you or anyone you choose can run it.
Draft wording: confirm before publishing.
Are there ongoing costs?
The $495 is a one-time build fee. Any hosting, third-party software, or AI usage the agent needs is separate, and I tell you what to expect at kickoff. Many small workflows run for a few dollars a month.
Draft wording: confirm before publishing.
What if, after the kickoff call, it’s not a fit?
I refund the $495 in full. [Draft: confirm the exact refund terms; the store’s existing refund policy is written for spreadsheet products, not services.]
Draft wording: confirm before publishing.
How long does delivery take?
[Draft: delivery timing to be confirmed, e.g. most single-workflow agents are delivered within 10 business days of kickoff.]
Draft wording: confirm before publishing.
What support is included?
[Draft: support coverage to be confirmed, e.g. 30 days of fixes for the agreed workflow after handover.]
Draft wording: confirm before publishing.
When is this NOT a fit?
When the job changes every time, when it needs judgement calls only you can make, or when the systems involved can’t be connected to. If that’s the case we’ll know on the kickoff call, and you get your money back.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You know your business; that’s the part that matters. The agent runs inside the tools you already use (email, spreadsheets, your quoting or job software), and anything that goes to a customer is drafted for your review unless you decide otherwise.
Is the $1,000 a month saving guaranteed?
No. It’s the yardstick I ask you to use when choosing the problem, so the $495 build is aimed at something worth fixing. Results depend on your process and how the agent is used.
Pick the job you’d most like to stop doing by hand.
Start the build, book your kickoff call from the order confirmation, and we’ll have the workflow agreed within the week.
If it isn’t a fit at the kickoff call, I refund the $495 in full.
Questions before you start?
Describe the task and I’ll tell you straight whether a $495 agent fits, usually within one business day.
